Potomac Technologies is one person. That shapes how we work, and we’d rather be upfront about it than oversell.
Our rates are on the website
$105/hr, billed for actual time. Hosting and care plan pricing is published too. You should be able to estimate what something costs before you pick up the phone.
You own everything
Admin access to your own site, on platforms you can take elsewhere. We won’t build something deliberately complicated so that you’re stuck with us.
Evenings and weekends are normal here
Weekday business hours are genuinely tight. Evening and weekend appointments aren’t a favor — they’re when most of this work happens, and it ensures we can work out of the way of your busiest times.

Almost every problem we handle can be solved remotely, and most of them are. When hands-on work is genuinely required, we come to you.
